We are very excited that you have chosen to fundraise with Homeless Connect Toronto.
You may decide to do this on your own, or gather a group of friends, classmates, coworkers or family, to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness in Toronto.
to organize your group collection drive:
Decide on a timeframe for your drive and let us know so we can help advertise.
Find a convenient location at your school, office, congregation, or organization and set up your collection box(es).
Promote your fundraiser and challenge staff members to donate 2-3 bags of clothing and/or supplies.
All collections must be arranged and picked up by Friday, October 18th.
For Clothing Drives: Contact our clothing logistics partner Bag2School to book a collection time and date as early as possible. Bag2School will send you materials to organize your clothing drive and then pick up items from your location and store all clothing until the event.
For Comfort Kit Drives: Contact sponsorship[at]hctoronto.org to arrange for pick-up.
Gently used or new clothing helps contribute to the event day Clothing Bank. Larger sizes, winter wear, and men’s clothing preferred.

Each guest attending the event leaves with a backpack filled with toiletry and recreational items. Comfort kit drive items fill these backpacks with much appreciated and needed items.
