group fundraising

We are very excited that you have chosen to fundraise for Homeless Connect Toronto.

You may decide to do this on your own, or gather a group of friends, your faith group, school, or workplace, to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness in Toronto.

To organize your group collection drive:

  • Find a convenient location at your school, office, congregation, or home and set up your collection box(es). You may want to specify each group/dept to bring in specific items (e.g., Grade 3 students bring combs/brushes) or specific items each week (e.g., men’s clothing in Week 1).

  • Tell all your friends, family and coworkers about your collection drive.

  • Share on your social media pages to gain more support.

  • Contact us to arrange for pick-up once your collection is complete.

clothing drive

There is an on-site Clothing Bank at each of our events. Gently used or new clothing is distributed to our guests. Larger sizes, winter gear, and men’s clothing preferred.

comfort kit drive

Each guest attending our events leave with a backpack filled with toiletry and recreation items. We need your help to fill these backpacks with much appreciated items.
